Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Totally Positive Productions (TPP APPAREL). If you’re not satisfied, please read the guidelines below to understand how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Include all original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tpp@totallypositiveproductions.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at tpp@totallypositiveproductions.com and send your item to:

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, mail your item to the address above. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
